In the estate of Sydney Douglas Corser who died on 6 April 2019, of 235 The Esplanade, Mount Pleasant, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Executor of the deceased’s estate being Allan Christie Pocock, care of Lark Lawyers, Ref—POC190170, of PO Box 518, West Perth, Western Australia 6872, to send particulars of their claims to the Executor by 9 March 2020, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the Executor then has notice.
