It is hereby notified for public information that the Chief Executive Officer of the Shire of Irwin, acting under delegation from the CEO under the Environmental Protection Act 1986, has made appellable decisions pursuant to Division 7 of the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997, in relation to an application for approval of a sporting, cultural or entertainment venue, namely ‘Notice of Venue Approval—Priory Hotel’ dated 1 July 2026.
