It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Irwin Local Planning Scheme No. 5 on 04 June 2024 for the purpose of— 1. Amending the residential r-coding of lot 18 (no. 9) francis road port denison from “r12.5” to “r30”; and 2. Modifying the scheme map accordingly.
