Made by the minister under section 43. This order is the prohibition on taking southern garfish (perth metropolitan waters) revocation order 2024. This amendment comes into operation as followsβ (a) clauses 1 and 2βon the day on which the amendment is published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the clausesβon 1 march 2024. The prohibition on taking southern garfish (perth metropolitan waters) order 2017 is revoked.
