It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Port Hedland Local Planning Scheme amendment on 18 January 2024 for the purpose of correcting minor text errors and omissions, amending zoning tables, specified additional uses, special use zones, and correcting mapping errors and omissions.
