Notice to all owners and/or occupiers of land within the City of South Perth. Requires clearing of firebreaks or taking measures to prevent bush fire outbreak/spread before 1 December 2024, and maintaining them up to and including 30 April 2025. Penalty for non-compliance is $5,000.
