Pursuant to Section 21 of the Valuation of Land Act 1978, this notice concerns gross rental values (valuation date 1 August 2018) for various local government areas, and unimproved values (valuation date 1 August 2019) for Western Australia, Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands. Valuations are available for inspection at Landgate Perth and Midland offices. Objections must be lodged within 60 days of this notice.
