Pursuant to Section 21 of the Valuation of Land Act 1978, gross rental values for various local government districts are effective from 1 July 2018. Unimproved values for Western Australia, Christmas Island, and Cocos (Keeling) Islands are effective from 30 June 2018. Valuations are available for inspection at Landgate offices and relevant local government offices. Objections must be lodged within 60 days of the publication of this notice.
