These regulations amend the biosecurity and agriculture management (identification and movement of stock and apiaries) regulations 2013. Owners must identify cattle, buffalo, and sheep with an nlis device or tag before certain ages or movement from property, with penalties for non-compliance. Various penalties are amended.
