Withdraws the closure of certain waters around Rottnest Island to all vessels between March 20th and 21st, 2020.

Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 38B of the Rottnest Island Regulations 1988, the Rottnest Island Authority hereby withdraw the closing the following waters to all vessels as set out below between 1200hrs on Friday 20th March 2020 to 1800hrs on Saturday 21st March 2020.

Closes specific waters in Thomson Bay to all vessels from June 15, 2026, to November 30, 2027, for the New Marine Logistics Hub construction.
Closes waters in Thomson Bay to all vessels except emergency and authorised vessels between December 30, 2020 and January 1, 2021.
Closes Thompson Bay waters to all vessels except emergency and authorised vessels between December 31, 2020 and January 1, 2021.
Amends the Rottnest Island Regulations 1988 regarding fees and schedules.
