Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Peter Stanley Hunting, who died on the 10th day of May 2018 at 51 Gillark Street, Dudley Park in the said state are required by the executor Matthew Jaime Bassett-Scarfe to send particulars of their claims to Peel Legal Barristers & Solicitors of po box 1995, Mandurah wa 6210 by the date one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has then had notice.
