Made under the Main Roads Act 1930 sections 13 and 24 by the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Commissioner of Main Roads. This proclamation declares roads or sections of roads to be highways or main roads, including footpaths associated with highways, and declares roads or sections of roads to cease to be highways, main roads, or secondary roads, as delineated on MRWA drawings listed in the schedules.
