I, Richard Sellers, exercising the power in regulation 69(4) of the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Regulations 2019, waive payment of the whole of the on demand booking service authorisation fee and passenger transport vehicle authorisation fee for specified classes of persons and vehicles.
