Sets the assessment period for small on-demand booking service providers at three months and large providers at one month.

Pursuant to section 241 of the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018 the ceo of the Department of Transport determines that the assessment period for the class of provider of on-demand booking service under regulation 45 of the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Regulations 2019 entitled ‘small on-demand booking service providers’ is three calendar months. The assessment period for ‘large on-demand booking service providers’ is one calendar month.
