It is hereby notified for public information that the governor, in accordance with section 12(c) of the Interpretation Act 1984, has approved the following temporary appointment— Hon a mactiernan mlc to act temporarily in the office of minister for water; forestry; innovation and ict; science; youth in the absence of the hon d j kelly mla for the periods— 3 to 7 october 2020 inclusive; and 9 october 2020.
