Lanie Chopping, Registrar of Co-operatives, approves the following for Part 5.4 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Commonwealth) as applied to co-operatives in Western Australia: (a) Statutory minimum amount of $20,000; (b) Statutory period of 6 months; (c) Approved form is Form 509H of Schedule 2 of the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Commonwealth). Approvals in 1(a) and 1(c) apply to statutory demands served on co-operatives in Western Australia on or after the date of publication. Approval in 1(b) applies to statutory demands served on co-operatives in Western Australia on or after 25 March 2020. Approvals in 1(a) and 1(b) expire 6 months starting on 25 March 2020.
