Made by the minister under section 47c(2) of the act. This order is the waste avoidance and resource recovery (appointed day - container deposit scheme) amendment order 2020. This order comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the rest of the order — on the day after that day. This order amends the waste avoidance and resource recovery (appointed day—container deposit scheme) order 2020. Delete clause 2(a).
