Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 13th day of March 2017, are required by the executors and trustees, being ms gayle patricia barker and mr graeme neil dugmore, of c/- mort & associates, [contact details redacted] their claims to them at mort & associates of [contact details redacted] one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executors and trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
