Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 7 april 2017 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to him/her care of clement & co, lawyers, unit 2, [contact details redacted] 23 august 2017 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he/she then has notice.
