Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 21st day of september 2020, are required by the executors, cheryl anne crealy and karen patricia birtwistle, to send the particulars of their claim to cheryl anne crealy of [contact details redacted] 6172 in the state of western australia, by the 1st day of may 2021, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
