In the matter of the estate of Aileen Doretta Osborne, late of Residency by Dillons Mount Lawley, 51-[contact details redacted] Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30 November 2019, are required by the executor Kay Osborne, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of [contact details redacted] State of Western Australia, by 5 May 2021, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
