MP407 OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 2003 (WA) INSTRUMENT OF DELEGATION I, DANIEL PASTORELLI MLA, Minister for Mines, Petroleum and Exploration for the State of Western Australia, DO by this instrument of delegation pursuant to section 440 of the Offshore Minerals Act 2003 (WA) (the Act)— REVOKE the instruments of delegation made under the Act dated 6 November 2025, but only to the extent that those instruments of delegations confer powers and/or functions on positions within the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration of the State of Western Australia; and DELEGATE my functions under the Act, the regulations made under the Act and the Offshore Minerals (Registration Fees) Act 2003 (WA) as specified in the Schedule to persons who for the time being hold or are authorised to act in the positions identified by the position numbers of the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration of the State of Western Australia listed in relation to the specified sections and regulations in the Schedule. This instrument of delegation does not operate to otherwise prevent the exercise by myself, as Minister, of the functions delegated.
