MP406 OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 (CTH) INSTRUMENT OF DELEGATION Commonwealth of Australia I, DANIEL PASTORELLI MLA, Designated Authority in respect to the offshore area of the State of Western Australia, DO by this instrument of delegation pursuant to section 419 of the Offshore Minerals Act 1994 (Cth) (the Act)— REVOKE the instrument of delegation made under the Act dated 25 August 2025; and DELEGATE my powers and functions under the Act, the regulations made under the Act, as specified in the Schedule, to persons who from time to time hold, act in, or perform the duties of the positions within Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration identified by the position numbers listed in the Schedule in relation to the relevant sections of the Act and regulations. This instrument of delegation does not operate to otherwise prevent the exercise of the powers herein delegated by myself, as Designated Authority.
