It is notified that the Chief Executive Officer of the Shire of Broome has made appellable decisions pursuant to Division 3 of the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997, in relation to an application for approval of a Noise Management Plan for a motor sport venue, namely the ‘Noise Management Plan—Broome Speedway’ dated 4 May 2017.
