Pursuant to section 18m(1) of the fire and emergency services act 1998, the following group of persons is approved as a fes unit for the purposes of the act— cervantes volunteer fire and emergency services.

Amends the Bush Fires (Restricted Burning Times) Notice 2012 by setting new restricted burning times for the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley from 1 April to 31 December.
Appoints Fire Weather Officers for the Shire of Kulin and cancels all previous appointments.
Appoints William John Dillon as Fire Weather Officer for the Shire of Gnowangerup and cancels all previous appointments.
Adjusts the boundaries of fire districts to correspond with areas shown on Landgate deposited plans.
