Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 may 2025, are required by the trustee and executor of the deceased’s estate, william joseph cockle of 3 thomas street, mosman park wa 6012, to send particulars of their claims to him within thirty-one (31) days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee and executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
