Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased who died on 18 april 2025 are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate to send particulars of their claim to them care of spyker legal, suite 1, 300 vahland avenue, willetton, western australia within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
