Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 december 2020, are required by the executor being robyn jillian murray of c/- cullen macleod lawyers, po box 935, nedlands wa 6909, to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then has had notice.
