Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 april 2019, are required by the executor being paul eric kordic of c/- cullen macleod lawyers, po box 935, nedlands wa 6935, to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
