This notice, the Road Traffic (Preliminary Oral Fluid Testing Device) Notice 2026, approves the SECURETEC DRUGWIPE 3 S as a type of device for conducting preliminary oral fluid tests under section 66C of the Road Traffic Act 1974. Clauses 1 and 2 commence on the day of publication in the Gazette, and clause 3 commences on the day following publication.
