Pursuant to regulation 10A (b) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby close the following area of water to swimming for the Avon Descent 2026 approved aquatic events.
Related notices
Exempts specified persons and bodies from paying the fee for taking or resitting a theory test.
Waives fees for towing business authorisations and authorised towing service providers under the Towing Services Regulations 2025.
Declares vessels listed in Schedule 1 as emergency vessels and exempts them from certain orders.
Exempts Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure vessels from an order closing certain waters under specific conditions.
