On 4 September 2017 the above-named associations were given notice in writing from the Commissioner for Consumer Protection pursuant to section 147(2) of the Associations Incorporation Act 2015, stating that the Commissioner proposed to make an order cancelling the incorporation of the Associations after the expiration of 28 days from the day on which the notice was given. The Associations did not apply to SAT for a review within the period specified. Therefore, pursuant to section 147(1) of the Act, the Commissioner orders that the incorporation of the Associations be cancelled with effect on and from the date of this order.
