The council of the Town of Cottesloe resolved on 14 November 2017 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Town of Cottesloe Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2017. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. Amends clause 2.8(1)(a) and inserts additional subclauses after subclause (h).
