It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the city of subiaco local planning scheme amendment on 15 november 2017 for the purpose of— modifying clause 51 (4) by inserting sub-clause 51 (4) (c)— 51 (4) (c) notwithstanding sub-clause 4 (a) and (b), in relation to land within the jolimont activity centre the local government may— (i) permit building heights up to 4-storeys; and/or (ii) permit building heights up to 6-storeys where the development is generally consistent with any built form design provisions in an applicable local development plan.
