The council of the City of Bayswater resolved on 25 March 2025 to make the following amendment local law. This local law amends the City of Bayswater Local Government Property Local Law 2016 published in the Government Gazette on 18 July 2016. The amendment includes definitions for “e-cigarette” and “smoke and/or smoking”, and inserts a new clause regarding unclaimed property in lockers. It also modifies Schedule 1, updating penalties for various offences.
