Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Cockburn resolved on 10 September 2020 to make the following local law: City of Cockburn Standing Orders Amendment No. 1 Local Law 2020. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the day of its publication in the Government Gazette. The local law amends the City of Cockburn Standing Orders Local Law 2016.
