It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Cockburn Local Planning Scheme No. 3 on 17 September 2026, for the purpose of deleting AU1 in its entirety and replacing it with new conditions for additional uses on Lots 704, 705 and 706 Jandakot Road, Jandakot.
