Creditors, next of kin, all and others having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the abovenamed deceased, who died on 29 june 2024, are required by the trustees, kathleen may di florio and lia bianca diver, to send particulars of such claims to kathleen di florio, 23 queensbury road, joondalup, western australia 6027, within one (1) month of the publication of this notice after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the estate, having regard only to the claims of which the trustees then have notice. Probate was granted in wa on 9 august 2024.
