ZZ405 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants Gwendoline Mary Sodums late of Emerald Nursing Home, 78 Kimberley Street, West Leederville, Western Australia and formerly of 3 Logan Court, Padbury, Western Australia, Retired Psychiatric Nurse, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 25 August 2020 are required by the Trustee Australian Executor Trustees Limited ACN 007 869 794 of GPO Box 546, Adelaide SA 5001 to send particulars of their claim to them by 25 March 2025 after which date the Trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice. ———————————
