The Minister for Environment, acting pursuant the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Act 2006 (the “Act”) section 133, hereby delegates the function under section 29(2)(b) of the Act to approve the grant of a lease of land and waters in the River reserve to the ceo subject to the conditions specified below. This delegation comes into force on the date this notice of delegation is published in the gazette and remains in force until varied or revoked. Pursuant to the Interpretation Act 1984 section 59(1), i revoke any previous delegations made under the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Act 2006.
