EV402 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1986 APPOINTMENT OF THE DEPUTY CHAIR OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AUTHORITY On 11 November 2025, under section 7 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, the Governor, on the recommendation of the Minister for Environment, appointed Ms Jane Bennett as a part time Deputy Chair to the Environmental Protection Authority for a term commencing on the date of Executive Council approval to 12 June 2027.
