This order, the Biodiversity Conservation (Listing of Native Species) (Flora) Order 2025(2), lists native flora species as critically endangered, endangered, vulnerable, or extinct. It repeals the previous order published on 1 July 2025. Clauses 1 and 2 commence on publication in the Gazette, with the rest of the order commencing the day after.
