Ben Wyatt, Minister for Energy, makes amending rules to the Wholesale Electricity Market Rules under regulation 7(4) of the Electricity Industry (Wholesale Electricity Market) Regulations 2004. These rules commence at 8:00am (WST) on 1 July 2017. Amendments include changes to Market Rules 2.4A, 2.28, 3.21, and the addition of Market Rule 10.9 regarding System Management Confidential Information.
