Notice is given that the documents listed, published by the Department of Environment Regulation, are for the making and revocation of guidelines for the purposes of the Contaminated Sites Act 2003, section 97. The guidelines revoked under item 2. – 4. below are in relation to existing guidelines listed in Notice EV401, published in the Western Australian Government Gazette No. 234 on 29 December 2006 and Notice EV401, published in the Western Australian Government Gazette No. 154 on 10 August 2010.
