In my capacity as bond administrator within the meaning of section 3 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (WA) (‘the act’) and as chief executive officer of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety within the meaning of section 3 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 (WA) (‘psm act’) i revoke all previous delegations and appointments made under the act and i provide as follows— 1. I appoint the holder or holders from time to time of the positions listed in the schedule as authorised agents for the purposes of schedule 1 clause 1 of the act; and 2. Pursuant to section 33 of the psm act, i delegate the functions in schedule 1 clause 5(1), 10 and 11 of the act to the holder or holders from time to time of the positions listed in the schedule.
