Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25 september 2024, are required by the executor and trustee william sivewright wallace, c/- valenti lawyers, level 2, 130 royal street, east perth wa 6004 to send particulars of their claims to the address stated herein within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor and trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
