Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25 november 2024, are required by the executors and trustees joan patricia cook and tracey anne cook, c/- valenti lawyers, level 2, [contact details redacted] 6004 to send particulars of their claims to the address stated herein within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors and trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
