The Western Australian Planning Commission is responsible for the enforcement and implementation of this Scheme and the execution of any works required to be executed under this Scheme. This Scheme applies to the area shown on the Scheme Map. The purposes of this Scheme are to set out the Commission’s planning aims and intentions for the Scheme area.
