The Western Australian Planning Commission delegates certain powers and functions relating to the issuing of certificates of approval under section 15 of the Strata Titles Act 1985 to local governments, members, and officers, subject to conditions. This delegation excludes applications proposing vacant lots, air stratas, leasehold schemes, or developments of state/regional significance.
