Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Vincent resolved on 7 February 2018 to make the following local law: City of Vincent Fencing Amendment Local Law 2017. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. Amends the City of Vincent Fencing Local Law 2008.
